We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help where we can. If you let us know early enough, many bookings can be updated.
Please take a moment to read the information below so you know what options are available.
These terms apply to lift tickets, lessons and rental bookings only.
They do not apply to season‑long products / programs or Epic Australia Pass products.
When can I make a change?
You can request changes to your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of the first day of your booking.
Changes may include:
- Updating your booking date
- Adjusting the length of your booking
- Changing the products included in your booking
Fees & important information
To ensure changes are processed accurately, the following conditions apply:
- A $25 administration fee applies to all booking changes.
- Multi-day products are treated as a single booking, rather than individual days.
- All change requests must be made at least 48 hours before the start time of the first day booked.

Any changes are re-priced at the current rate at the time the change is made.
- This means any advance purchase discounts from your original booking will no longer apply.

If your change results in a credit, it will be provided as a Snow Credit voucher, which you can use towards a future visit.
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Bookings are non‑transferable. Products are issued to the individual named on the booking, and names can’t be changed for the purpose of transferring a product to another person.
Changes within 48 hours
We know last‑minute changes can be disappointing. Unfortunately, because our products and staffing are prepared in advance, changes can’t be made within 48 hours of the start time of the first day of your booking.
If you’re unable to use your product(s) during this period, the full cost of the booking will be forfeited.
