To help you arrive on time, we recommend allowing extra travel time, especially during peak periods such as weekends and school holidays.
If You're Running Late
Head straight to your lesson meeting area and look for a Snowsports School Supervisor. If you're unable to locate a supervisor, please visit a Ticket Office, where our Guest Services team can advise you on next steps.
Group Lessons:
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, if your lesson group has already left the meeting area, they cannot return to collect late students.
Please note that missed group lessons due to lateness are non-refundable.
Private Lessons:
If you're running late for a private lesson, please notify our team via Live Chat as soon as possible. This allows us to:
- Inform your instructor that you're on your way
- Share your estimated arrival time
This helps your instructor adjust where possible and make the most of your remaining lesson time.
