If you are injured or become ill during your trip and as a result cannot make further use of your multi-day product/s (lift tickets, lessons, or rentals), you may be eligible to receive a Snow Credit equal to the remaining value of your product/s.
When submitting your request you are required to provide documentation in the form of a medical certificate that verifies the injury or illness. This document must be dated and shared as close to the incident as reasonably possible and must confirm the following information:
- Date of diagnosis
- That the injury or illness prevents you from continuing to ski or ride for a specified period of time consistent with the duration of your purchased product.
